General Overview
Draper Lake Coastal Village is a wooded community set along the sloping shoreline of Draper Lake in Blue Mountain Beach, Florida. Situated on the south side of Scenic Highway 30A, Draper Lake Coastal Village is approximately 19 miles east of Destin and 32 miles west of Panama City Beach in Northwest Florida.

Architecture
Draper Lake Coastal Village embodies the rustic flavor of a mountain lodge in the style of its homes and public structures. Smooth river stone adorns foundation walls and chimney stacks as well as retaining walls that snake besides walking trails at the shoreline of Draper Lake.

Amenities
The amenities of Draper Lake Coastal Village include community pools in both the east and west gated areas which are joined by a pedestrian footbridge capable of accommodating golf cart traffic, two boat houses on Draper Lake, a fishing dock, walking trails and a 45-foot viewing tower with views of the Gulf of Mexico. Owners also enjoy deeded beach access.

Draper Lake Coastal Village shares the shoreline of Draper Lake, one of 11 coastal dune lakes along the beaches of South Walton, and one of 15 found along the Gulf of Mexico in Northwest Florida. These rare bodies of water are found only in Northwest Florida and remote portions of Africa and Australia.

Draper Lake Coastal Village consists of single family homes and home sites which are prescribed one of three house types. Street-front, park-front and lake-front home sites are available.
