General Overview
Rosemary Beach is a master-planned residential community found along Scenic Highway 30A at its eastern corridor and the Gulf of Mexico. Rosemary Beach is approximately 32 miles east of Destin and 18 miles west of Panama City Beach in Northwest Florida. Rosemary Beach is designed with the forgotten concepts of community, neighborhood and convenience in mind with no more than a five-minute walk to Town Center from anywhere in Rosemary Beach.

Architecture
Homes in Rosemary Beach are unique and custom-designed to reflect the taste of each owner but conform to the vision of Rosemary Beach. Homes are finished with wood siding, cedar shingles or masonry stucco and metal or cedar shake roofs. Their shapes and silhouettes are like those found in St. Augustine, the West Indies, New Orleans and Charleston. Rosemary Beach offers 3,000 feet of private beach front on the Emerald Coast with nine beach access points. Those at the Western and Eastern Beach Greens feature wheelchair accessible ramps.

Swim year-round at one of four pools in Rosemary Beach. The beach-side Coquina Pool is ideal for lounging and features an infinity-edge design while the park-side Cabana Pool is more suited to families with children. The Barbados Pool offers a convenient location south of 30A while the year-round Sky Pool offers heated water, radiant-heated pool decking, as well as a motorized roof that can be opened in warm weather and closed for cooler conditions.

The Tennis Center at Rosemary Beach offers eight clay courts, six of which are lit for night play. The premises feature restroom and shower facilities, an observation deck for spectators as well as a fully-stocked pro shop.

Common green areas can be found throughout Rosemary Beach. These include nine parks; the Western and Eastern Beach Greens, South Barrett Square and Playground Park on the south side of 30A and West and East Long Green Parks, North Barrett Square, St. Augustine Park and Rosemary Beach Butterfly Park on the north side of 30A.
